could try this since every time software for internet updates this resets. and if you clear all data +settings.
go to the Settings manager and dong the following:

- Setting the default storage size to 0 (none) on the “Global Storage Settings” tab

- Unchecking “Allow third-parties Flash content to store data on your computer”

- Unchecking “Store common Flash components to reduce download time”

- Check “Never Ask Again”
-disable p2p uplink
- always deny for global securty

then reset to what you prefer again.
leaving disabled 3rd party storage and p2p uplink can be helpful. if causes issues can retry to set up and keep third party storage active since sites are technically third parties

check those area's. sometimes the normal methods of clearing flash doesn't work because of certain types of cookies.

other question would be are you using the google public DNS?
