  • i am bella and why cant the use joyo log in to get us to r2 server when you log in it tell you to put server in but you cant why cant they put there server in and go from there
    Because there was a problem with the NPC or something, and the toons were transferred over but the log ins weren't. As far as R2 knew everything went ok and brought back up our servers, it wasn't till a few days ago that they realized that there was a problem, and now they are doing and trying everything they can to save you guys. Your toon came over fine, we can see you all on our Rankings, the problem is that the log ins were never sent over or transferred properly. R2 are working to solve the problem, and as MemoryLane has said in past posts the second she has information for you guys she will post it here. She has said that the tech team are working out way to fix this, and i know that don't seem like much, but at least its something.

              • well since it was not seemed to be noticed. based on info i found out this could be a valid idea

                Here is an idea:

                Joyopark should still have their copies of the server before the merge. I am guessing that either r2 has your copy of the server before the merge or at least they have their current copy now. Instead of trying to separate out the already merged r2 servers (which means a lot of time to do it one by one as it'd most likely need to be done by a person instead of a computer) why don't you have joyo reopen their servers, and have us (the joyo players) register with the npc now. Then shut down for merge again and give us a different prefix on our names. Instead of me being (J#)Player have the prefix be something like JS. That would make me (JS#)Player

                I know this would make a clone of us in the R2 servers by leaving the (J#)Player but since the accounts are not bound to any emails and cannot be accessed it'd not change much within the actual game play. As time goes on there is always the option of removing the extra players that were merged the first time.

                • Not trying to sound pushy, but it would be really amazing if someone could give us an update other than "it's being looked at". I am not insulting anyone here for that, as that is all they either know or are allowed to say and I'm very grateful for them being as encouraging as they are, but it would just be nice for all the Joyo players to get some real information as to what is being done. It's only been a few days, but it feels like forever.

                  If that's all that can be said, I understand. It just is killing me to see my character sitting here not being able to be used, along with all my friends and guildmates. Well, honestly I even feel bad for the people I fight with, because they deserve to play too. Like I said, I'm not trying to sound pushy or mean, I just think everyone from Joyo would really appreciate even a tiny bit of information right now.

                  • i can't even go into r2 game and see my char it makes me cry i am about to give up my self and go play yeepgames just please try and get us all back to our chars i would give you my email address if you could link me that way and my char was S1bella i want her back

                      • I have not even logged out of these forums since merge was supposed to happen. just sitting here waiting patiently hoping for some good news. i would be lying if i said i was not somewhat losing my mind hoping for some good news. and i hope no one has given up hope that there will be good news. but it definitely is intense just waiting and waiting

                          I would love to give more than an "It's being looked at". Unfortunately, that's all there is to say. They are tossing around possible solutions, but the ideas are being thrown out as not possible.

                          The problem with your suggestions to give your information so that you can be linked to the account is that your information is not currently linked to the account, so they have no way of knowing if the account is even yours. This is quite specifically the issue with people not being able to access their characters right now.

                          • Well, I know this is a horrible way of saying things, but anyone who has charged crystals to a character can view their payment history to verify their own account and send a screenshot within a ticket as proof, but anyone without crystals ever being charged, unfortunately would still be in the same situation. I've been blowing my brain up trying to think of everything I can. I know that you are doing all you can Memory, all of R2 has been amazing through this all. However, all of us at Joyo are going O.O" from staring so hard at these forums and waiting for some update. I can't even play CS because it just feels wrong to not be on my character. x_x

                            • so there is no way any of us will ever get our char back or the money we have spent i am still hoping there is a way but it don't sound like it is funny can still log in to joyo but can only go to forum but i want give up there is a lot of people that has money on there char so yeepgame i will be playing

                              • I guess i am just confused because i can log into forums on joyopark unless that is somehow nonrelated..also can you back track our IP addresses most commonly used with our characters? or solely used with our characters? or even what death bringer said and have screen shots of our payments to joyopark and our character?
