    No, I'm stating things that they could have missed. I have posted tons of different things they could try, yet you try to make it sound like I'm insulting them. Like I said you are no better than anyone else. What you said did not NEED to be said. You think the world is out to get Luna, I was not insulting Luna. I said that you can't send a ticket if the server is off. How hard is that to understand?

    do no dare to jump me like that for suggestions that im making. whats your right in flaming me???? if you have experience in technical support it doesnt matter all do. technicians are the ones working on it as far as i know you're a community VOLUNTEER, that is in charge of moderating the community. one thing you do, is tell everyone the game is dead when the mods on r2 games are saying that "they are working on it". that is not community management done right. I have experience in game moderating as well, not in cs, but in a 10 times bigger company called perfect world enterainment. WE were not involved with the technical work of ANY game. if you were not a community volunteer , you would be payd for doing this, but you're not. as for the money issue, how much i spent and how i spent them is none of anyone's concerns. i contributed to the run of the servers so i have all the right in the world to say or suggest whatever i want. you're saying that you're talking from the player point of view?? you're not. you're flaming me with no reason thinking you're above everyone else. being a joyo moderator gives you absolutely no right to do this

    You make it sound like they are ignoring something very simple and not doing it to just tick people off. I have been very respectful upto this point. Anyways, my point was made and I said what needed to be said. If you, in fact, did not mean it as a slander against joyo then I apologize, but that is how it came across.

    It's sad when you find that your favorite game is not available to play. My heart goes out to all the JoyoPark players who are in limbo. So many of us in R2 are anxiously awaiting a solution to your problem. Know this, while the best of worlds is the restoration of your toons, you would be welcome here even if you had to start over. Stay positive!
    To Jessie -- thanks for starting this thread to show R2 just how much support it's players have for the JoyoPark players and our desire for a good outcome.

    Btw, a few points that people are making I'm setting aside and making notes to talk to the joyo gms about. So please keep posting constructive thoughts and hopefully a resolution can occur.

    Luna was not reading a lot of the stuff from the forums the last few days because I was handling it for him there. When there were things that needed to be addressed or questions answered I would ask him and then post responses. That is why I did so many Q and A sessions in the last several days. I was trying to get information out to the players but let luna use his time to organize the merge. I spent about 6 hours day since merge was announced helping to make it go as smoothly as possible. Where I am not a gm and people ask more to gms than they ever would to me I can only imagine the volume of stuff sent to him.

    Yes we are all quite upset. The post was very hard for me to make but with what was told to me it was what seemed to be all that was left. I keep reading posts here of suggestions and many of them have already been addressed.

    it did indeed seem like joyo had no hope though for the accounts, though which concerns me.
    however, the post was made by a mod; not a gm so I'm not entirely 100% on the info we've gotten.
    Yes, I made the post as a moderator. After talking to the gm and being told that was it. The gm confirmed it was what was official after my post (still on first page I believe) as that is what he thought was the end result too. If R2 is willing to keep working on this I am 100% certain that the gm at joyo are. I know some that are not even assigned to cs and they are going to look into seeing what they can do too (but warned not to get too high of hopes as they don't know what could get accomplished.)

    There's a few flaws with that. People claiming to be who they aren't, people who are banned getting their chars back when they should remain banned, etc. I am all for getting everything sorted I just don't know if this is the best way to go about doing it in this instance.

    Warning I am going to be a bit harsh here. And I am posting this as a player not a mod but too bad. The fact that people are flaming joyo here ticks me off. You have NO IDEA what has been said and attempted before, during and after that post was made. Do you honestly think that any of this would have been attempted if they had wanted to lose the server? Have some respect for what time and effort has gone into this by everyone who is attempting it. Do you think I want to loose my work on my char as well? I have spent not a measly $100-200 but THOUSANDS on this game. I could have bought a pretty decent used car on this money. Not to mention that the time I have spent helping with just this merger (excluding all the other stuff I've helped with) would account to over $4,000 in billable hours if I was doing it for a client verses for free to help as a mod. Im sorry to loose my cool but think about what everyone is feeling not just you. I have just as much to loose here, if not more. Yet here I am, not flaming anyone until this post. I am trying to give everyone hope and as much information and clarity as I can. I understand you're upset but geez everyone is.

    Again this post is done not as a mod but me as a player. Yes it is a titanic job. Yeah it could be done. But will it? That's not something any of us on this thread atm have the ability to answer. As for the other part, yes. You're right I'm a mod. You act like the mods are not informed of anything or know how things work. Not that I have to prove anything to you but here you go. I have been a Game Master on 3 games, moderator on about 7 now and have been doing this sort of work on the side to my rl jobs for slightly over 10 years. I used to also be the personal bug tester for my brother who now works as the head over the operating system for the xbox at Microsoft. I have helped people do tech support at gaming companies, isps, and major corporations by being asked by their own IT teams. If you ever took the time to look at my history of threads on the forums you'd see the only time Meisha was really active was when it was helping with technical problems. I will admit though I don't do coding as I have not taken the classes in that. However, I have 19 years of online experience and have been working with computers for longer than that. Btw, I'm 32, a single mom and in mathematics and physics. So please, kindly, do not treat me like I am stupid and don't know what I am doing.

    Yes, I know it was common knowledge but I thought if it was simplified out that it'd be easier to see the steps of progression. By all means copy the format. Though looking at it now I should have used different bullet notation as it was not done properly. None-the-less the idea came across and that is the important thing. ^.^

    It's the techs who are working on this issue. Until they find the cause and try to fix the error, no one at all will have any information about whether or not it can be fixed.

    thank you for confirming this. everyone on joyo thinks gm's are the ones taking care of this type of bussiness. we only have 1 gm there who's already going crazy over this

    The GMs are not the ones who handle these types of issues. Everyone in support speaks English, but again it's not support you want.
