I could log in last night but for short periods and the game graphics were distorted this morning tried to log on same problem loading screen with Character lists.

Using Firefox and same thing happened to me I can't log in at all and I've already filed a ticket hoping for a fast reply :/

I am in Pakistan and am having this issue, I use WiTribe

Now 5.45am and still getting stuck at loading character screen.
This is strange because I can still get on other R2 games -Yitien and Dragon Pals. I would have thought the same thing would happen with all R2 games.
