Same problem - tried a few servers - all get stuck on character loading screen.

Tried laptop and other older pc - same problem with all.

Was ok after maintenance. Problem started for me about 2 hours ago.

Was online with a character and tried to load a different character on other pc to trade a rouge gift pack from new event. That's when I noticed the problem.

Memory wants to know where everybody is located in the world to solve the issue >.> atm seems like alot from UK
