From all the whining on here I assume that most of you are not tech savy, know anything about the internet and how IP routing works, or are 3 year olds who don't know how to read. (trixy excluded lol)
Being nice here and will try to explain like I'm talking to my 3 year here old.


Five little piggies went to market.
One little piggy walked the high road home and got there safely (hence to login screen works)
The second little piggy walked around the forest and got home safely (hence your flash loader worked)
The third silly little piggy, walked through the forest in the UK and got eaten by hungry wolves. (Hence no character loading)


For the grown ups:
Unfortunately your ISP reroutes international traffic through the UK, so some sites that go around the problem area will work.
But the sites that are in an IP range that go through the problem ISP will be affected.
Most of Africa, some of Europe, and all those Eastern country that reroute via Europe will be affected.
NZ may be affected as well.

Now stop whining and go read the news if you can get there.

For those of you logging tickets, goodluck. R2 can't do much about this.
The only reasonable answer they can give you is your internet is broken.


From past experience this type of problem takes between 2 days to 3 weeks to be repaired.

There is a way to talk to people and a way not to, there is no need for you talk down to anyone on here. So how about instead of using your 9 little fingers and 2 little thumbs to try and patronize players, you put them to better use.

What drona is trying to say and as i have said people are pointing fingers in the wrong direction as this is out of r2's hands they cannot fix this problem only the people who provide us with internet can fix this. If there is a cable break thats not r2's problem it's our IT providers and engineers that have to fix it but of course people will sit there and call us stupid because we don't know what we are on about..but if you read up on the internet and or check your IT providers status it'll explain.

Well i did phone up my IT provider and they said that there was no problems, and they couldn't understand why I was unable to get on.
