Is there any way to contact someone from R2 besides opening a ticket? ive opened 4 tickets and no reply yet. its been 5-6 days since I purchased my first 1000 gems and another 3 days since I bought the last 1000 gems. I don't really know where to find the transaction number to put it into the ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated
