Rogue frost % needs a change

1. Rogues are not the first class to be able to solo anything, I do not know where you got that from. Priest are the first Class that solo things, followed by Knights.

3. Rogues do NOT always come first in Avernal, there is Knight on my server when he goes in he comes first...yes you heard me right a Knight.

They're first ones to solo **** once they get seiryu beast soul because 2x beast soul lifesteal and frag procs. Then that Knight is either way stronger than the Rogue to begin with, or gets some wing proc/focused fully on attack speed stuff while the Rogue didn't.

again no we are not even with seiryu soul, that does not mean that we can solo things first. I think you might need to fully research the toons in question before making said statements.

even with beast soul rogue can't solo everything..... priest and knights still are the toons that can solo everything first with beast soul and with out. priest coz of heal and knight coz of damage reduction and defense.

seriously, people think because a toon is holding 2 daggers in the picture means its using 2 weapons? ROFL, rogues have offhand, which, like every other freaking class, is NOT a weapon. basic attack does NOT hit twice, play a rogue and open your eyes, double attack, triple attack is a skill, NOT a basic passive. any class now days can increase their attack speed, some far bypassing top rogues, if you have the cash. the frag weapon was ill conceived thinking different % were needed for different classes. if it gets changed to 10% fine, if not, fine, but dont come here trying to tell us that its 5% out of necessity lols, its 5% out of stupidity, people like you would of cried a river had they implemented it with 10% because you think rogues can equip and fight with 2 daggers based on a picture...

btw seiryu is not the end all for soloing, lifesteal is great, but any class can get it, when it comes to higher end mobs, HP, damage reduction are essential, without those you will get hit harder then your life steal can refill, example is level 10 corruption, show me a low HP , low damage reduction rogue, with any amount of attk speed, they will get owned even with seiryu, untill the HP and damage reduction mins are met, level 10 is out of reach for rogues, much like other classes
