    Hey guys, don't buy any crystal at least at in the next few days. I haven't receive my crystal that i ordered over 2 weeks ago and some of my guildies as well.
    They not even reply my ticket

    that is sad but true, their automatic ticket system are still not fixed after the hack attack

      Or--- provide your ticket number and I'll help you get this resolved. Might be a lot more effective than trying to get people to stop recharging.

        I've been submitting ticket for 3 times.... I don't know if u can feel my pain waiting items that I should get within 1 day (which is R2 said), instead now about 2 weeks and still not getting any. Anyway this all my ticket's number and you can read that what the ticket ppl said is 0 / no result / ********.

                      memoryLane i also recharged also like 2 days ago for vip and still hadn't got it and i filed a ticket and they said "We suggest that you contact your payment service provider as the subscription might not have gone through. Thank you.

                              I can say hundreds of tickets platform wide get sent every day, with this number tripling if there's a connection issue or post-patch bug. To have a handful of people fall through the cracks or need additional help isn't all that bad.
