Previously Earned IOB packs

Dear R2,

I am not verse at public speaking or do I desire to speak publicly, but this new change is an exception... and I would like to let you know that it really feels like a HAMMER ON MY CHEST.

I understand that changing the IOB packs may be the only answer you guys have against the increase amount of bots in IOB. Not an optimal solution in my opinion but a solution nevertheless. BUT is there anyway you can give players an opportunity to keep their previously earn packs? I personally have a row or 2 of unopened white, blue, green, yellow, and purple packs in my inventory space "RIGHT NOW" from IOB previously earned. I do not open them since I do not have the inventory space to accommodate the multitude of items that comes out of the packs. I strongly feel as if I am being punished for no apparent reason.

Please have an emergency maintenance to convert previously earn IOB packs back. This is really a pledge for some mercy on our souls.

r2 put me in dept with my guild mates. we all made agreement to give 1 person all ew so that person get demon lord and then can switch to another person so everyone in our guild can have demon lord rather quickly. for the pass few weeks they been giving me all they ew they earn and now i have demon lord wings and they still on angel lord i dont know what to tell them. its not my fault and i dont know what i should do about it. i think r2 should have gave us a heads up before they took action.

lol at comment above! You never borrow items in this game, r2 can happen anytime but I'm not blaming you. This change is only affect the hard working people, bots will always be there!

"items were only changed to bound items" - the obvious should have been noted that bounded items cannot be traded and bounded items were not the items I got when I got them.... I want what I have already earned in the condition they were. This response is so insensitive...

Thank you for your reply. We are sorry you feel that way, but unfortunately the developers have made the rules and have the final say in regards to these matters. If you need to contact us again just reply to this ticket and it will re-open it again.

Dear R2,

The IOB packs content changed. I don't know what more detail do you need?? There is no longer Fragarach Refinement Crystal, Mount Fusion Orb, and bound items are not the same as unbounded item so I would consider this an item change also.

You need to understand that not all staff play the game , so when you describe something in the game you have to be specific what item changed and what pack was it in what event was it from.
When you provide all of the information then it can be forwarded to the Dev's for them to look over.
Dev's have final say on any changes made in the game, Mods and GM's can only ask/forward what the players want.

Sorry Cuddles, i have done excactly as you asked, including item names and when you do it, R2 tries to shut you down with this statement:

Very helpful. So now I am punished because I didn't unpack my packs before some random maintenance? Which items will they turn into poop next?

Unfortunately that statement is correct the Dev's do have final say.
We can only hope that in the next few weeks they might reconsider adding FRC back , other than that all the items being bound is a trend unlikely to change.
