I can open it, so do most people that used other browser then changed to Chrome.

Hmm...tried IE...chrome and also mozilla...no luck in getting the tree open...
so far only 1 person has managed to get the tree open (that I know) on S41Comment

There is something though...I now see I have the 1st recharge event at the top of the screen which I did not have for a very loooong time....the only person who can open the tree however does not have that event
Maybe that might help
