Can't swap card lotto vouchers in hot events tabs. Guess why? Cause the vouchers you are handing out are for house of card vouchers not for lotto vouchers. I want this fixed! Not the first bug of the day either!!!!!Comment

how dare you, what a bad attitude for a moderator. so everyone having these issues and also it does not state that you need to use google crome to play this game.Use Google Chrome.

this is just one of a multitude of issue that are happening latly and as a paying customer I am offended with this attitude.
I have put tickets in for total recharge rewards well before angel event finished but did they get back in touch with me so I can get rewards from event "no"
twilight had so many bugs tonight it was unplayable.

and this is just in the last day but its not r2's fault no its because we not using google chrome. come get real apologize and get things sorted out

can't open lucky tree
and the 1st recharge thing with the avatar changed keeps appearing on the screen, same as tree can't be opened.....
trust me, is not me...cleared cache, cookies, tried 4 others browsers.....same result.
and if i read all these posts, clearly i'm not the only one....
tests these events before applying them.......

I don't mean any offense to you personally so i don't expect any resentment from you when responding as well. So whatever it was that was fixed that "wasn't a bug to begin with", do you mind telling me how it was fixed so I might get some clarity. Simply saying it was fixed means whatever issue your tech team was faced with was fixed....but perhaps the issue i am bringing up is an entirely new one. The main problem was with the Hot event not having a name, being blank, that was reported, but before that happening people could exchange 1 hoc voucher for 1 nectar ( THIS WAS THE BUG ).
After the event was taken off and re-added, the devs put Jackpot Lotto vouchers there.
I do not know the reason, but as I said, the issue was fixed.
The event was meant to have HoC vouchers as exchange, but they changed their mind, want me to smack them just because everyone wants to get higher rewards?
That was the entire problem, and as I said many times, it was fixed ( by replacing hoc vouchers with jackpot ).
