I also try IE, Firefox & Chrome, also unable to work.
Although there is 1 in my guild can open but many other players also cannot open the Lucky Tree. Most of them try other browser also not working.Comment

We need to be sure it's R2 issue before we report it further to the devs.
Take a browser, be sure it's up to date, flash, everything, try, then let me know.
I have account on every us east,west,europe,oceanic, all 4 can see tree, all 4 worked fine.

it should be card lotto vouchers. dont you like that? players will be force to exchange their saved card lotto vouchers? no more free heroes from HOC if that's happen. it will take a lot of months again. jeez what marketing strategy is that? the last time we had an event using jackpot lotto vouchers was 5months ago lol how about the server with less than 5month old?
