for my first cross win, where i was top 1, i did not get the honor points that i clicked to collect from my mail, i only had the 500 collected from the rank board for the win

PS and yes i do not have the screenshot because i clicked collect like 5 times and then deleted the mail and then after couple of minutes i noticed i only had 500 honor in shop

cross server queueing for ever

S31 keeps repeating queue without letting me in and I just paid for the cute witch. Did I just waste those diamonds? I'm on my 4th attempt now and getting tired of it counting down to 0:00 then having to join the queue again just to watch it repeat
Make that 5 times. Am I going to get reimbursed for what I spent or have the time limit reset for what I bought until you fix this? How about just refunding all my money and I wont play any of you games again? I feel like I have wasted my time and money

Still having the same issue, whenever I join cross-server war, I get a blank screen, no chars or nothing, for 30 minutes.
