      hope this gets resolved. Lately LOA seems to be encountering bug issues. Please restore VIP status as soon as you can.

              I had the VIP issue as well. I sent in a ticket already. Hopefully it's fix very soon. I did not get to claim my VIP rewards, can not do anything as usual due to cool down. If it's not fix before resets again and get same compensation for what I lost, I am getting my refund back for the month, even if I have to file through my bank. This is ridiculous.

                          my VIP was meant to renew today and it dident i tried to buy more told me my VIP is still active but its not lol im lost with out it i hate not being able to clear cd XD ive submitted a ticket.

                            hmmmmm checking bank statement date my VIP payment left my account on the 12th of march why did it suddenly cut me off today then 3 days after you already got my payment? lol seems abit dodgy lol
