So... free offers/surveys no longer apply... then why state that ANY amount can be recharged to fulfill the requirements? If it's going to need a recharge of about 300 diamonds or more then it should state that. I just went and did a bunch of offers/surveys to find out that I can no longer get the pack now.

You have to recharge a certain amount... 100 or 200 I think. I wasn't paying a lot of attention when I did it, but I had recharged over 260 diamonds from surveys etc before collecting the first recharge pack. Hope this helps!
