Because of your chargeback. You need to wait for answer on your ticket and resolve that issue with support.

I dont know what happened, but chargeback is very bad.

i have 2 times submitted a ticket for problem with my 10.28.2015 recharge... basically, i paid for recharge on night of 28th, at 23:25:02 it cleared PayPal. I submitted live chat, xsolla ticket, r2games ticket, paypal ticket. Xsolla only responds with an automated response. R2games hasn't responded at all, either time. I don't want to cancel my payment, i just want the other 1300 or more diamonds that I got cheated out of. I needed my diamonds before rollover to participate in the hot events.. the ONLY reason I bought the 1k in diamonds. I'd calculated that with the hot events, precious, recharge at least 299, recharge any amount and the other items i'd get at least 6300 diamonds and other stuff! I didn't get my diamonds until 01:30 after rollover. This is NOT what I paid for, when I paid... can u help me get resolution?

Missing Diamonds

hi my name is NightMist on S263
i recharged for the very first time on monday the 13th july
i got the angel etc but on the first recharge tab it says recharge 1k diamonds and get 500 diamond bonus
and i still have not received it i already opened a ticket without any luck
