Go to http://www.r2games.com/user and check your order history, if its shows as completed then wait for few hours and if you still don't get it open a support ticket here. If it shows as incomplete then contact mol support.

i purchase diamonds and get 1st recharge but did not get bonus diamond 6666 why ???

The pack does not reward extra diamonds...the things in the pack equal the value of 6666 diamonds.

This misunderstanding always happens because of language barriers or how different people read the panel. Though nowhere in the panel do I see anything that states it also gives 6666 diamonds only that the pack is worth 6666 diamonds. It says: 'Recharge ANY...amount to receive a pack worth 6666 diamonds.' not 'Recharge any amount to receive a pack with 6666 diamonds.'

that is why you have to do a single recharge of at least 300 diamonds even if it is a free offer it has to be one that is 300 or more for the first recharge pack

just shows how greedy and arrogant R2 is to change it from videos/survey to having to waste money on something that doesnt boost a character much.

R2 continues to show they're greedy, arrogance and pure evilness.. This company needs to be massively find for price gouging and needs to be forced to shut down. The world doesnt need ****-tards like what this company has. Every last person working for R2 need to be put in prison for 10+ years for all the crimes it been getting away with.

Dont know if it's just broke or if you have to recharge the 500 diamonds to get it but the fact it says any amount then videos/survey should be included. if not then they're falsely advertising then and that is a crime in the U.S.A. and every one should be filing charges against this criminal company. This isnt the only crime this company has commited either.

You need to an offer with 300+ gems all at once in order to get the bonus. This is not documented anywhere official but a GM told me this today.
