The best idea to sort this is already provided by the users and still gm's ignoring it .. just let others collect from the reaver event for free the same amount and all will be done.. cant u use ur brains or it just stopped working and u need a replacement ..

LOA, doesn't care; they have made their money, and they will sweep this exploit under the rug. SIMPLY BECAUSE those who got rewards, VETs, G.M players, and those who figured it out, who all got the 30k free in rewards and the compensation on top of it. That helped them during this tycoon event so they can get even more rewards without spending money; and FRAUD other who did out of real money and time spend to earn points without exploiting the game! LOA doesnt care what we post or say beyond the money hitting their pockets. They NEVER do a roll back, and they Never set thing right because those who benefited from this exploit don't really want to set things right! ALL I know is i spend a few thousands of dollar over 6 months on this game, I played since launch with R2, within hour of launch from server 1. And I feel more cheated by this exploit than i ever have by any game! I have spent at least thousands of hours logged in this game. But in the end, exploits like this that cheat players out of money and times, I cannot tolerate! And the sad thing is R2 and staff don't care. I can say due to this experience of being frauded by lacks of action to prevent and/or make right this exploit during an event, that it this action cost me time and money. I for sure DID NOT get what i orginaially pay for by this action!
After even posting this and taking heat and flames from anyone not agreeing with me! I cannot get my money back, if i do R2 shuts down my account. and if i continue to play it only show support to R2 that clearly shows a lack of respect towards players that are playing by the rules. what other actions do i have? quit the game, save my money (I planned to drop 400 for the hecate this weekend over the house of cards event), and give the r2 a bad name, to those who i come across. or continue with this game until the next time R2 does something that cheats player out of money and doesn't compensate them?
I like this game, have friends that play, but hate to be cheated, so i leave that question up to the vet's or GM? what would you give for advice to a player like me? ( I betting i don't get an answer)

i doubt they will fix anything anymore, they already sent a compensation good in their opinion so its done. i am desapointed, only thing you can do is demand charge back on bank and sue them.

I guess law suit is possible for this fraud but, credit card chargeback is already a very powerful tool.

DID YOU KNOW: That if a merchant's chargebacks exceed 1% of their monthly transactions, their credit card facility gets cancelled?
Their paypal accounts get frozen etc
This is the same for anything that is even remotely related to credit cards.
They have very strong consumer protections against this kind of merchant fraud.

I'm not really sure how you're going to fix this R2Games. Unless you go back through the game log of every server and find out all the players that collected items during that hour and block them from the event or block them and give every other player the ability to get all those awesome items for free. That way we get to get the points and its an equal playing field. Point is if I don't have my winnings from the Tycoon event. I'm going to file a lawsuit for $8000 all the money I've spent on this game and damages. Its not fair and very disrespectful we have to sit here and wait wondering if we just lost because of this ******** event. I was ranked 50 and now even after I spent money again I'm still only rank 135.

I know dozens of players unhappy by this.. not just for the tycoon event but for all those who have paid money to have more powerful team, now are beaten by those who haven't

If they can't rollback, they should give all players except the exploiters the same reward as the exploiters got. Positions in tycoon is just a crying shame... give us all same points to be fair.

Love the game. Hate the company that exploits its user base so badly.

Well you have one problem you bought with money items ingame noone prommissed ya any rank in tycool and you got for what ya paied attempts in events and items so your law suit will only fail + you will need to pay for lawyer so good luck with that.
