    Type: Inheriting Stats

    Details:

    I just bought my Berserker.

    I inherited the stats of my Atlanta. When I inherited it said "SUCCESS"

    When I checked my Berserker, it has (TRAIN "0" - Upgrade "+0")

    So in other words, nothing was transferred. I just lost all the hard work I made for the past month.

    Check on this. That's a total of 50k Battle Rating lost for my team !!

        It's so freakin' HARD TO EARN THOSE SOULSTONES! BLESSED STONE! GEM ENHANCEMENT STONE!

        I've been upgrading my hero for a month and I need you to fix this !!

                        It has been more than 2 weeks now. Will you do something about this or not? You keep on saying you already reported it but I don't see any actions done for this issue.

                            Get used to it, you might want to put a Ticket in on the matter and provide the Screenshots there, although I would not get your hopes up on getting reimbursed for the lost stuff. I never have, nor has anyone I know from my Server.

                              I'm extremely sorry, i still didn't get any update on this. I would also suggest you open a support ticket while i continue to get an update from tech regarding this.
