    Name: Radical

    Type: Inheriting Stats

    Details:

    I just bought my Berserker.

    I inherited the stats of my Atlanta. When I inherited it said "SUCCESS"

    When I checked my Berserker, it has (TRAIN "0" - Upgrade "+0")

    So in other words, nothing was transferred. I just lost all the hard work I made for the past month.

    Check on this. That's a total of 50k Battle Rating lost for my team !!

    Hmmm.. 2 hours? For me it has been 24 hours and no replies. But I remember when I made a ticket regarding PAYMENT, they replies within an hour.

    So basically, if it is about MONEY.. THEY HELP YOU, but if it is about problems with BUG, They're are like "WHATEVER!".

    I'm extremely sorry, i still didn't get any update on this. I would also suggest you open a support ticket while i continue to get an update from tech regarding this.

    Get used to it, you might want to put a Ticket in on the matter and provide the Screenshots there, although I would not get your hopes up on getting reimbursed for the lost stuff. I never have, nor has anyone I know from my Server.
