Since I have this kind of bugs, I accidentally click the buy attempts in aegis worth 1100 diamonds without asking or a prompt if I want to buy it or not.. but that's not the point.. they already got my diamonds.. my question is, how I can use those 22 attempts in aegis if I have this bug? anyone can answer me? ADMIN??????? refer on my attachment.

I was fixed on the 24th day, but I managed to find a gm in game who contacted gtarcade directly. the people at R2 or the other companies that host LoA can not fix this problem, only the developers in china can. the developers are also the ones who determine or give out compensations, which was not given in my case. at least that is how it was explained to me by the gm and r2 support.
