    Lucky Tree event not working

    Due to some problems with the event " Lucky Tree " event not opening is of the player's game version being older.
    We are aware of this issue and the devs will fix it, until then please have patience.
    Also for those who want to check : Right click on anywhere on your screen. If the game version you have is 3.0349 the event works fine, if the version is older, it won't work.

    I checked and I have the right version but my question is, if someone doesnt have the right version what will need done to correct it? Id like to relay this to my guild in case we have anyone with the problem tomorrow.

        Clearing cache and cookies, restarting and re-opening the browser was the only thing that we could say for now.
        If that doesn't work ( Canada and PH countries won't work anyway ) they'll need to wait for dev's to fix it.

          That could be right, however... me ( I wasn't off, true ) but I can't confirm for everyone else that works if they were off or on, and even then I don't think this could have happened only now, from all the other updates that we had.
          Let's hope it will be fixed soon enough.

            The ones was offline during update- actually got updated when they logged in... It's just my guess... have no idea how to explain )
            sry - but i was online during update - was actually in cs at the time and had to refresh - my tree works fine - so your guess has no merit.

                  You guys are so slow on fixing things ... make the update again already .. on oceanic servers is 7:15 am on europe is 3:15 am ... perfect time for update... just do'it already ...

                    so nice to see how fast the tree is lvling up..and others get all the rewards while you just wait for them to fix something...
                    i wonder IF they will put some compensation in place? oh wait....even those that can enter the tree will get that compensation...so i guess it won't be any

                      announce an event that not all players works??Thus, it may next tycoon 1/3 player staff can use??lol increasingly disappointing the company's work

                          Update time : Jan 22nd New Version: 3.0348 and for everyone the tree lucky works just fine. While to few people it doesn't work. Why?

                              play on firefox works fine but not on google chrome which i usually play... weird...
