Lucky Tree event not working

So as Tyler said quoting: " welll what to do if my game version is 3.0342?
And some guys onb my server can open the event... why same server has other game versions? "

Tried 4 different browsers, cleared cache & cookies and restart them ... and btw tried it on different pc-s, laptops (at home, at work ...and also internet caffe). What is more to be done ?

i just cleared my firefox cache and cookies
maybe someone who still gets error forget about that cookies, just guessing, not computer expert here
