Lucky Tree event not working

my game version is 3.0342.... I was cleared my Chance and cookies and re-starting and re-opened version still 3.0342... My Country is Indonesia.... can u tell me.. u said only PH and Canada still didnt update... how about Indonesia ?? Thx

The devs need to fix it soon.
If your game version is not 3.0349, please have patience whil it will be fixed.

I'm very sure that it is not true based on countries. My server, players that can open & unable to open come from PH too. As far as I know at this moment, players from PH, Indonesia, Japan, Romania, US & Singapore also unable to open but some from these countries able to. We all tried all kind of browsers too. We all try standard protocol ie refresh, clearing cache, delete history ...etc. all not working.

I know it is not the forum mods problem..but really...an event that some can use..some cannot..due to "game version"...just ridiculous and another example of ineptitude.

By the way..I am V. 3.0342 so no tree for miz...but two people in my guild are 3.0349 and they see no tree either....sigh.

After clearing C&C, still 3.0342... Chrome in use.
TormentoR, S4. Would probably be smart to put that event on hold, until metter is resolved. And what ever cards ppl got from "bugs", deleted from those acounts.
Put other blunders aside, this one is realy on whole another lvl.

my version is 3.0342 and the tree event worked fine for couple of hours,not anymore,and yes the oceanic had jackpot lotto!

why in the hell would players have different versions of the game we al play the same server is there something fishy going on here with the versions like better luck or something ??

It didn't work for me 1st time but I go clean my cache* in browser and when I refreshed works like a Charm!

Extremely unfair...some people on server can do it...some cannot...stop making stupid new events that you haven't tested!
