[Announcement] EAST/GMT zone servers login issues

Dear players,

Developers and technical departments have been engaged in an emergency investigation, with regard to the login problems of the EAST zone server groups (uc25, uc27, ue1, ue2, - S355, S232, S200, S277, S192, S185, S116, S124, S92, S118, S150, S66, S13, S213, etc), and the unsuccessful reset of daily activities. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused by the recurring problems and issues.

The servers are stable and accessible now. If the problems happen again, please post in here with your original server number and in-game name. We will send the feedback to developers in time in order to solve the problems timely and effectively.

Please continue to pay attention to this post, we will be sure to follow up the problem. All servers will be again thoroughly checked on Monday, as soon as the Country holiday ends, and we will be updating the post as soon as everything is completely fixed.

The problem persists, right now we can connect to the server but we cant open homestead Hunting treasure or divine realm,and we cant even chat whit other players inthe chat box, these are the same symptoms we had in the last 2 days before the login issues star it.

If we cant login after gauntlet event we will notice you.

I have 3 alts, I use 2 different Browsers and R2Client. All 3 won't load past https://imgur.com/a/FIwv4aZ. Has been bugged most of the day.
Diff Char on R2Client can see chat, even type in it by hitting enter first and typing blind..... https://imgur.com/a/BQ2MtpZ IGN Dunciain.

Same issues as quoted. Since 2 days ago, for maybe half of the day the server can't complete loading, and when it does there are times when all the following features stop responding: cross server wyrm race (CS Wyrm), cross server clash of might (CS CoM), homestead. Maybe more I haven't noticed.
CS Wyrm and CS CoM buttons simply do nothing, Homestead button attempts to send player to Homestead but lands on a black screen (see here).

Also what do you call the East zone? UC27 is in Europe time zone.

Thank you again for coming here and re-signaling what is not working. Please keep posting in here, with your IGN and server name and number, respectively the moment server dropped down again (if you can approximate that). I cannot do anything else at the moment but forward the list again and wait for ops/devs reply.

S181Firestone keep ****** brocken again, 99% login screan cant open game

Hello there. I have checked and rechecked ALL servers mentioned by you and with login problems for these past 3 days (not only the servers mentioned here but others in the merged clusters, as well). All of them, now, could be logged in and they are accessible. Please, for the ones who still have the issue with the login, apply and follow the initial check steps (clean/clear cache/history, flush DNS, check and clear cache in flash, switch browsers, clean/clear cache and history, manually on each browser you might use, reboot, refresh game page) then try to login again. I know it might be needed to repeat the steps few times and to also wait for a bit longer for features to load and I am aware of the level of frustration it induces. Still, this is the way, no matter how annoying and frustrating it might be or seem. Waiting for your updates here, after. Thank you again.

UPDATE: We come with a request for you, here. For the servers affected, please post and mention which features are not loading, not working correctly or not accessible in any way so that we can add everything to the list and the report to be handed in to devs and tech team for checking. Thank you.
