tinted screen

i did all my bounty quest lvled up now it says go to bounty quest and tells me to come back tomorrow and screen stays tinted and can't do anything logged out 4 times refreshed 7 times any help so i can keep playing

Could you please give us a screen shot so we can see what is going on exactly? From that we can work with you and offer suggestions to try to get it sorted out and working in a proper fashion for you.

Magi Edit: I talked to one of my boss types and they said you may need to wait for a dungeon reset. You may also (though am not sure) need this link here.
