well maybe i was wrong but for past year no one pass me in br or won over me in duel (except for few worty of them that quited and were still lower br than me)

im just saying brains are important not cash

the thing is they cash hard but they are elite crusader rank and nearing 80 lvl some of them got hs around 50 and some didn't even complete 60 set

but cashing is heavy in any case just no brains (when someone spend tons of balens just to be n1 in wb)

weird for s163 most ppl shld be lvl 80 and hs 99 and 2 or 3 talents max

well..depends on how they cash and what they cash on. Cashing doesn't = getting stronger if you don't cash wisely on the right areas at the right time. The only way you get stronger even when you're doing the wrong thing is when you cash so much that you run out of wrong things to spend on and end up spending on the right things.
