yaa..! i agree i have an unactive archer which was few days back at lvl 37 and 14k br (now 41 and 17k br).. and i just logged in to check this event...how it goes with this toon and i received an apollo...
whereas my mage lvl 69 and br-84k still didn't get it (still low br ) which i play regularly

Drop rate has always been ****, but now mostly tends to be in favour non-active and low battle rating players.

I have also noticed that the people getting the seals are those that do not have Apollo/Hades already, regardless of their BR.

I see it too, the previous was good too with the Cloud Sailor as mount.
