It says tower of kings and wheel of fate start today yet there are no quests for them and I spun the wheel of fate and didn't get the reward today

it looks like ppls without 2000+ soul crystals will end up having to exchange for gems and soul crystals at end instead...

Which is quite funny actually... not having enough to exchange for mount, but you get soul crystals that you can't use until next month.

Every time New quest for events are add, they get into at 12am (00:00) of server time, so the first day of each quest you can make it 2 times (since reset at 5 am the same day) that's why probably u see 6 time when the quest is for 5 days.

You're missing the fact that if you log in between 0:00 and 5:00 server time on the day the event starts, you can get an extra attempt at this event quest. The events go live at 0:00, but reset on a 5:00 basis (unless Hot Events, and souls are usually not Hot Events). So you do it once before 5:00 on the first day, then once again after 5:00 on the same day. So to break it down:

100 souls before 5:00, Day 1 (3 scraps)
100 souls after 5:00, Day 1 (3 scraps)
100 souls, Day 2 (3 scraps)
100 souls, Day 3 (3 scraps)
100 souls, Day 4 (6 scraps, since the first 500 will be done now)
500 souls, Day 5 (6 scraps)

Or (500, 500, 100, 100, 300, 500) for non-VIPs looking to reach 81 mount scraps with 2000 souls.

There will be other events. You should be able to get at least 80+ - 96 dreadful scraps without having to spend balens. It all depends on how many soul crystals u have to engrave. Non-cashers will be able to get either the gentle beast or phantom yeti.

what a pity Wishing Scrap never enuf for its exchange now , and now i hope there is an exchange to Dreadfull Scrap..
