Hi, I created a character after midnight on Oceanic server 10. Will I lose the character, the VIP and the balens ? Please help

I bought $19.99 package and used the balens for "gold alchemy" and then used the gold to "Synthesis" and "Convert" gems. My question to you is will I be getting my balen package back or is that forfeited because them problem on the event on Wartune?
