If you're unable to obtain a screenshot; a video of the issue would be an acceptable alternative solution. If you do not have a video service please try using Bandicam or FlashBack Recorder. Once the video has been created please, upload the video to youtube. When uploading the video please ensure it is either listed as public or unlisted. Please, ensure your video is full-screen. So the best I can tell nobody has been able to advance to the next level in this event and the only response we can get to the issue is "can you provide a screen shot" or " I can't respond to that issue". Here's a thought log on to the game and see if you can get it to let you move to the next level. That's just my two cents worth.Comment

I have submitted several tickets on this matter, which appears to have been an issue since the game started.
It is obvious that R2 has no wish to advance this side-game or they would have sorted the issue by now.
As moderator, all you need to do is to attempt to play at any level other than beginner to see the problem. Why not try this?
