Troubles logging in with client

Same error showing on both client and browser.

So i cannot access the game anymore ...

lets hope the compensation is worth it ...

Please, when logging on to the browser wait 10 seconds before clicking the "cancel" option on the popup reminding you to install the client immediately bypassing the popup causes the game to be unable to load appropriately. Thank you!

When does r2 plan on fixing the client?

Unfortunately, I don't have any information on when the client will be fixed. I can confirm they are looking into what the issues are with the client login and working to correct them.

Every other game on the client works , just not Crystal saga II it keeps showing the same error over and over ....

The team is working to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I do not have any information on the estimated time of resolving the issues with the client.

CRYSTAL SAGA II is the ONLY GAME in this client that DOES NOT WORK! And that's really weird. i have tried a number of games from the client and they all work perfectly fine, even Crystal Saga 1 has no issue logging in. I THINK THEY ARE GOING TO SHUT THIS GAME DOWN REAL SOON. WE DESERVE AN EXPLANATION FOR THIS. I dont think it is possible for just one game to completely mess up like that but the rest of games on the same client works fine. AT LEAST HAVE THE GUTS TO TELL YOUR PLAYERS THET YOU ARE SHUTTING THE GAME DOWN , INSTEAD OF TELLING US YOU ARE WORKING ON THIS BECAUSE YOU OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT.

I've placed tickets and still nothing has been done. Even the response they give leads to NOTHING. This is sad considering they had over a year to prepare
