Here is MemoryLane's post regarding certain characters. If you are on this list, rest assured. If not, I don't know what to tell you.

There was a bit of a mistake made and the characters ended up restored to a new account that was not the one you provided (I don't have access to anyone's information to know if there was no R2 account name given, or if it's just an error).

The devs are currently working on getting the characters off of these incorrect accounts and putting them on the right account. We do thank you all for your continued patience.

Centeno is currently on the list to be transferred towards the appropriate account. Sonarita, on the other hand, is not.

As I've stated in the above post, Centeno is in the process of being transferred back to your account. You just need to wait as they are correctly inputted.
