Crystal Saga's State of Mind

This is the kind of stuff that makes PVE people quit because we play to have fun, not to deal with mean people. If there was a PVE version of trove, you bet I'd go there instead.

I think the french crystal saga said it best (which is owned by r2) . It was about their stand against spawn killing but the sentiment is the same. "We are heroes. We fight with honor" or something like that.

This happens in most MMOs and it seems that your the only one actually complaining about this. I do understand how difficult it would be since he or she is a huge cashier.. There's not much you can do and it's sad. Just hang in there, by the way, did he stop ganking you? I DO see your point though, I honestly do. It's not fair and unequal and that's wrong.

Yeah and he'll probably never stop. And I don't know if it happens in most mmos (and neither do you unless you've played every mmo out there), but in the mmos I've played such behavior was either not doable in the first place or not allowed. Such behavior would usually be reserved for kill-only events (like sengolia or hellstorm in CS)

If there were no pvp events whats the reason to try to get stronger?

Pure PVP events would be the reason (like Sengolia) and ladder. Trove isn't pure PVP. Past 15 kills for L6 ,there aren't many reasons to get more kills. Food boss has plenty of bosses. Like I said, he'll KS me even if there are free bosses that no one's using right nearby.

Yeah he simply just hunts you either cause of your guild , you offended him or something. Its probably not completely random.

I know why he hunts me and most people on my server agree my crime doesn't fit the punishment. Lots of people do what I did and worse - heck one of his own guildies admitted he's done it hundreds of times and some of his other guildies have even done it to him- but no one else gets KS/KOS for 4 weeks and still going.

My crime: when I saw he had 5 orange spots (during that event with the giant oranges), I got impatient after not getting a spot for over an hour and stole just one. People steal spots all the time; I've had at least 20 spots stolen in that event alone. I'm the only one who gets punished this hard over it though.

Your right Squintina, that's not justifiable. In a sense he Is acting like an in-game bully but he has not committed a serious bullying crime.

At one point in time, saying hurtful things over the internet wasn't considered a serious bullying crime. At one point in time, saying racist comments wasn't considered inappropriate behavior either. There always needs to be a first. I get that y'all like pvp and things similar to pvp (like stealing a boss for the entire event), but in a pve server most people play to relax (hence why I have such a hard time enlisting strong people help - none of them want to be involved in drama). And when the person being affected (me) has apologized many times, offered compensation, and even offered to not participate in future planting events and the other person still carries out the punishment..I think that's the point where this goes beyond having fun in a game and goes straight into bullying.

I just now saw this. I chuckled. I didn't write this post for it to become "famous", I just wanted to voice my opinion on some topics.

i think its funny that a playertried to say it WILL get better, theres no signs of that happening. and i know a friend that ahs beeen waiting 3 week s for his crystal, filed a ticket and stayed in constant contact with R2 only to be told to be patient. if that was me ALL of R2 would get to know who i am pretty quick because id make a big stink out of it. lol

however i completely agree with the original post. R2 has become seemingly lazy when it comes to cs,and not listenning to the general population when it comes to requests and suggestions. one major thing being "not having the code" for the 3rd page of the vault. HOW BLOODY HARD CAN IT BE TO OBTAIN! hahah this game is a joke and they dont fix it because even if they did, people will still get bored and quit, this game survives off people coming and going, until everybody knows how much **** it is... then theyll get rid of it one day lol

I'm the player who said it WILL get better and I'm sticking to that. I believe R2 Games will see the current issues with CS and fix them once the new game is out. I have high hopes and I believe they will strive.

With the code for the 3rd vault page it could be hard to obtain if they already have one just dont be lazy and simply use an alt to store all your unbounds.
They do care and they cant listen to every request and suggestion, its not about them listening its about if they can even implement it into the game in the first place...

I was playing CS for a long time already and I agree that it changed alot comparing to what it was at the beginning.
I really hope it will survive and stay with us in the future.
