they actually listen to a lot of suggestions.
even mega cashers have been muted and banned when cross the TOS especially when it comes to them creating offenses towards other players.
would suggest that yes the ticket was proper course for filing, mods can't really do much with out it being filed&being told need help with it. if I'm camping a server (which I do pretty much every day) people don't get past 3-4 swear words and a warning before being dealt with if they persist. I'm a free player, I don't get paid for camping the servers. &that's how fast my responses get handled when filed properly. was that way before was a mod. so would suggest- always take screen shots. everyone is responsible for the things said. even if in a joking manner "oh its just a game, deal with it- oh if you don't like the adult chats, click the X" no that doesn't work here. &neither does it on other sites. &yes you can get in trouble not only from R2 but real world consequences for some of subject manner of posts.

honestly that's the reason why TOS exists in the first place, because there are laws in place.

even if there was freedom of speech allowed here, there are things we are not permitted to say even in real life in joking manner. "i didn't know" isn't really a great defense either. that's usually deemed negligence of some sort among other things.

I do support what your saying. I realize everything has a first and this honestly could be very harmful. I do believe if you provided the necessary info to the Game Masters, that they should confront this bully. I will admit, I'm not a big PvEr. So, I'm sorry if I wasn't sensitive enough on this. I do understand that players who play on a PvE server, went there to relax and escape world pvp. So I do see your point Squintina.

I doubt it was for a bribe. I see the person is saying they are being blamed for hacking and illegal items. received a lot of gifts.
means someone is going through a awful lot of trouble to make someone look bad in reports being filed, maybe a friend they think is a friend isn't one&helped set them up or abusing tickets or someone saw a few chats and filed reports, if benefit from the abusing, then your part of it even if don't know it. I've had similar happen against me. and had friends with illegal items get cleaned. depends on the case.
if they can prove it was no actual fault of their own. just received items, they could request that R2 remove the excess. that decision is up to them though and will take time so patience is needed.

that falls under abusing reports if they are trying to frame someone or act like they didn't do something etc. o.0 if that was sarcastic. I'm a free player. I influence a lot. there are ways to contribute that don't require spending money if can't which can still be extremely valuable.
