Lol I hope I don't speak too soon, who knows how different it could be from my understanding..
But this is a cash thing?

I buy Charm points, trade to another player who will then buff me for 3 hours?
and the only way to obtain Charm points initially is from cash shop?

If this is correct then this is messed up. Adding something like this to the game that actually REQUIRES cash shop items to even get started. I could understand paying to get MORE charm points, but.. not to GET charm points.

that's what i'm asking lol. n why do i want to spend money to get buff that lasts for 3 hrs only.
pve server btw, those on pvp server i can understand.

It states in the post that when a player trades their blessings for charm points, you will receive that buff (depending on the Goddess they have selected) for 3 hours.

It's the newest content in the game - so yes, it's permanent.

So, basically, the buffs aren't for yourself, but only for other people? Apart from the last skill you can get, everything else can't be used on yourself?

looks like things are only going to get more hectic, for me it's trying to upgrade my mounts with GMUTs, upgrading my wings, working on my honor ranking, lv grinding, working on soul, good armor. yeah the list is quite long -.-
