FYI, Soul does give AGI which equals to DODGE & HIT rating.

Who said there is a cap for AGI? My Agi is over 10k, there is NO cap.

Buffed my dodge is 131% with 88% hit rating. I'm Edo 149, i'm still working on my Agi so it will still go up.

deadmaster , your agility exceed eidolon limits , Thus your dodge is above 100% and hit rate is quite better as a ranger , your level is eidolon
if you got enough money , make scion same class , and put the scion lvl 100 . put the same agility and watch your self . your agility will pass 150% and your hit rate will pass 94%
then PVP your eidolon against the scion (the sicon will win)

that is the point buddy !! as a normal player eidolon beat scion with skills , as tenet users (scion tenet and eidolon tenet), scion kicks the eidolon 100 light years behind .

Yes, they can have higher agility than you. Many people have answered this question over and over again.

Two things you have to keep in mind lower level means higher dodge % because lower levels means you need less agi to get 1% dodge rate than say edo or same plane but different levels. You might be right on scion having higher dodge% which just prove that scion requires less agi per 1% dodge rate to increase which in turn goes back to the main issue which is level difference. Bottom line is with 80-90%+ hit rating it is very hard to miss a target even with what you say the rogue has 150% dodge rate. I will point out again that key in PVP is hit first & hit hard, the hardest hitting skill that i have used is NB which you can ONLY get at edo plane so don't tell me a scion can win just because he has higher dodge. You will be surprised if you get to pvp OP toons that dodge is NOT everything BUT it is very helpful. Why i said dodge is not everything because pvp'ng people that has 600-800k matk/patk it only takes one hit and you die even if you have 2.3m+ hp. When my wings activate i have 60k dodge but dodge % only goes up less than 10%, think about it,having 20-30k dodge rating & 131% dodge rate with buff and when doubling dodge rating, it only gives 5-8% more dodge %?

yes skills of eidolong gives u (venom (depend on hit) , gives netheron blast (depend on hit), Queens blade (depends on hit)) <<=== all these skills are dodgable
dude please focus what the mod. says .... each plane have cap on stats ,,, that means if u exceed that cap . the result is (OP) , max cap 1000 agility . tenets make u 1200 then ur dodge gets over 100% . as well as hit rate .
max cap eidolon 8000 agi ,, tenet gives same amount .... then your agi will not exceed 4000 so the ratio will keep under 80%
then the higher % is the lower plane because it got the lower cap .
the higher max(plane dependent)/actual = % rating
then according to that which 100% apply on the game .... the mortal will rule them all

Anyways get Enhanced control 10 guild skill, work on agility and +14 slayers gloves, will hit 8/10 on anyone with over 100% dodge
100% (or close to) hit rating is achievable on any class mortal , scion , or eidolon.
A mortal with better dodge, crit ect might be better at PvE but in the end the eidolon with more stats points more skill points and more OP skills is going to be the better PvP toon always.

blade dance is awesome i agree with u ..... but in max ... it gives 3000 only . then its the worthless skill i ever saw, it tickles them to death if they just stand without moving
enhanced control am working on it as well as agility .... as i mentioned my agility is higher ,,, and he got dodge % higher,

what irritate me that he knows very well that he is in sort of trick mode.. and he will never rebirth as he mentioned because now (he got treasure trove in hand , hellstorm in hand ) . he promised to rebirth after getting the final form of pixie , cool huh?

within two months of a server I got my gloves to +14 easily and had 74% hit rate with a low level guild skill. So he is right.
Edit: can you try to understand there is no scion or eidolon trick mode.

Level 40 scion and eidolon rogue
Exact same stats litterally they removed all equips and compared soul and tents.
The eidolon didn't put in their 60 extra skill points, so the eidolon would be stronger.

Do you remember zenith when I would pvp sikk, he had triple my attack but my 20% more dodge and hit rate let me win every time.. without pets. Even a small amount of dodge rate and hit rate makes a huge difference.. even if someone gets a lvl 30 alt with 200% dodge it can be easilly killed if you can even hit them once, without heraldy.

Go check 41shots with +14 ranger offhand + 14 gloves and max guild skill she had around 90% hit rate. Yeah they are a ranger though so rogues would have around 80%

if u pump out tenets heraldry some 8 seals of evil ,,, sure you are going to exceed the cap of eidolon ,,, u can get these stats . but if u do that while u are scion lvl 120 i bet your hit rate will be 110%
anyway print screen your stats, and save them . they will release a 4th rebirth soon ... go rebirth and see how your stats drop after reaching the same level you are now in eidolon "proven"
so i suggested for R2 to make things back normal and make leveling up worth it... let them add some good equipments for lvls 130+ where the scions cannot have . then they will rebirth as normal ppl instead of glitching the cap of the level to get extra stats bonus
