it should be better and great if they use different event item for tree. fair for all. your company will earn more $$$ because players will be forced to recharge if they are really eager to level up their trees. how about our missing jackpot lotto vouchers? my server experienced the lotto event twice only. im sure i saved a hundred of those but they are not in my inventory anymore.Originally posted by Gurothos View Postnamichwan

Please check your browser, try others, see if they are up to date, if they have flash up to date, anything.
It's not R2 issue, we've checked and Tree works fine.

too many ppl got same problem, I dont think its just userside issue. obviously if its working just with chrome (not even for every1) its already pointing THERE IS a problem. many ppl on oceanic already lost rewards and still losing while u keep repeating same "there is no problem, check your browsers". u better tell them to check their updates. please.Comment

I have the same problem - cleared caches in Chrome and Firefox to no avail. This is NOT a client side problem.
And yes they are both up to date and so is Java and Flash.Comment

Cant Open Lucky Tree Event - S233 Cerna Bluffs
On server S233 Cerna Bluffs, me and some ppl cant open the Lucky Tree Event...
I have try all what Vet said, clear cache, history, update Flashplayer, and I try to 6 browser (Mozzila, Chrome, Comodo Dragon, Opera and Safari), but still cant open that event
please help us..
