I found a way to fix this!!!!
1.Open the zodiac window, and press the 1 click blitz button.
2.Press tab and try to move the yellow outline box over to around this area. (if you don't get the yellow box, close the blitz window and try again.)

3. Press the space bar.
4. This should bring up the Zodiac window with first kill, nightmare/purgatory options.
5. Click blitz and this should CLEAR the Database error.

This is what I did that worked for me, Good luck every one!!!!

It doesn't work for me Hitaro, i moved the yellow box, i clicked space, but nothing...

If you have not unlocked all 12 zodiac, try going back a page by highlighting the arrow.
This is a bit tricky but there are 2 boxed near that area, you want to highlight the top one.

This is what you're highlighting in the background.


When you have NOT cleared all 12 zodiac - it will bring you to the current one you are on. The blitz button is not active due to you have not cleared it yet!
You need to go back a page using the arrows, it should be a zodiac you have cleared and thus allowing you to blitz!


And for those who have not cleared past the 4th zodiac - Cancer, you can select a stage using the yellow box as well.
Just use tab button to move the yellow box over the stage, press space, then hit tab again till you find the blitz button for the single stage.

ok i got the yellow bow however i have not completed all the runs so when u say highlight the back button do you mean with the yellow box or cursor?

You want to Highlight the Arrow that moves the zodiac page.
This will bring you back to the last page, with Leo, Virgo, Libra and Scorpio.
What you want to highlight is the solo blitz button on the first kill - difficulty window.
This is window is blocked by the blitzing error window thus you need to open it using the keyboard.
If you done it correctly it should open the single level blitz window and once you click blitz it should clear the database error!
