You do realize that in order to craft level 10 gems you would need level 9 gems? Which would require buying a L9 transposer?

Best gem events maked all my gems to lvl 8 + 8 x lvl 9 gems.

I agree with daunapu.

All parts of the game add a bit to your power. As some part is starting to become irrelevant because it gives too little, it becomes less expensive. If anything, this is an additional motivator not to cash, as you can get everything you need without money (in time). The only thing we need right now is gold for conversion, and luckily that's free.

i dont think it would count for event part where we get rewards for making level 9 gems, however we can craft gems directly(skipping middle ones), if we have enough gems

Yep, you can craft but it doesn't count for lv9 reward then. (some tried craft lv9 to get lv7/8 but nothing)
