Duration: 8/31 - 9/3 23:59:59 (Server Time)

Description: Refine any piece of equipment until all of its attributes reach lvl. 10 to receive fantastic rewards. This activity can only be completed once.

Rewards:

• 200,000 EXP
• 100,000 Daru
• Beast Mark x3
• Refinement Lock x10

So what level equipment and how many attributes must be on it to refine? I grabbed the first piece of equipment I had sitting around with one attribute on it. After over 20 refinements I got it to a lvl 10 attribute but no rewards. alas, as per usual.
