yeah i got this answer to 1 of my tickets "Thank you for taking the time to submit your concern.Rewards will be sent in 72 hours after the events end,it has yet to be 72 hours."

kinda funny since they clearly state in the post "Duration: 9/9 – 9/29 23:59:59 (SERVER TIME)" and "WITHIN 3 DAYS" and it has been 73 hours 9 minutes now from the end of the event.
