          Did you use the correct account name? The account name is never an email address. Did you select the correct game and server for the character?

          Yes, please go to http://tickets.r2games.com and fill out the form. You will need a playable character to send in the ticket, so if you do not have one, please create another account and start up a new character so you can use that to send in your ticket with.

                            Create another account. With that, create a character. Use that account and character to send in the ticket with.
