They actually WILL. If you give them an appropriate issue with evidence to back it up then I'm sure they would have no problem assisting you. People are making the R2 Staff out as bad guys when in reality, they are not.

This is a choose to be, Free MMO with some issues. If you played WoW, you would be paying $15 per month with some issues. There will always be changes players want. I do agree on Rebirth to a point though especially since I don't enjoy re-leveling or grinding again.

honestly that's the reason why TOS exists in the first place, because there are laws in place.

even if there was freedom of speech allowed here, there are things we are not permitted to say even in real life in joking manner. "i didn't know" isn't really a great defense either. that's usually deemed negligence of some sort among other things.

Yeah, 95% is an exaggerated percentage.. I bet some people do, so they know the "dos" and "don'ts".
