you are probably right because the highest lvl on S94 is what like 35 so that is more then enough to catch up whenever the server comes back up

They wouldn't rollback 94. That's really stupid. There's people who played it last night that waited all day for it to come up due to the "emergency maintenance".

Oh I know they won't and tbh I don't really care since I myself do not play or have plans to play s94. It's not fair to everyone seeing as how the server has undergone the same issue effecting s93. Everyone was told in advance what time it would be opening so they could begin making their character, but due to this inconvenience, some players assumed the server would be down 10 hours or longer like s93 and was unaware the server had come back online for a while. As I said though, I know it won't happen. The server will be fixed and that's it. No compensation for s94 most likely.

they would have to its only fair because of legends.. the server wasn't brought online at specified time and many had already waited all day for s93 errors weren't going to sit around for the next 12hrs hopeing the next hr would be the last.. we were the 1s at the very start.. not some guys who jus happened to turnup at right time 12hrs later to be 20 lvls higher than the rest who actualy created there accounts much earlier but couldn't play

well the server was up for 2 mins and then it crashed and they put it in emergency maintenance at around 11pm so means that the server shouldnt have started around 2am server time so i guess it would be all day

Well, if I worked for R2 I'd give something like that. For s94 I'd prolly do a rollback to lvl 1 but you keep your items still and offer a server wide 3x exp for one whole day. Seeing as they basically missed a day of lvling.

That is true as well a lot of people get sucked into this game and waste a lot of time in and on it, as for me replying to these comments is quite entertaining for me since I just paid rent so I have no money to spend and I dont have anything in the house because we just recently moved in for the first time so yeah lol

Well I already filed a claim for a refund so I guess we'll see what happens when the dust settles with me and my account. I personally don't care if I get banned or not, I only had a few friends that I enjoyed talking to. Everyone else would just be nice to me for help one way or another.
Besides, not playing the game has already filled my mind with so many opportunities to do other things. So for once, instead of moping, everyone should just take action, do what they need to do and then live and enjoy life.
If you want to get a refund, call your bank now and get it. If you want to complain here or to the Better Business Bureau, then do it now. But stop wasting your time refreshing your browser every 15 minutes to see if the server is back up. Odds are it won't be until the time it was up last night.
And even then, i'm highly skeptical that it will be back to normal. Do some other things in the mean time. If you have to work, just go to work. And when you come home, you don't just need to play CS to have fun. Go play something else. Go out and have fun shopping for REAL ITEMS or something if you cashed like I did.

Reverie is doing the best she can to keep us updated and let eveyone know what is going on in this matter so I dont blame her but yes the law always wins in the end but that goes back to the original point yeah you can get a refund but that doesnt mean that you will actually get banned right off the bat

hmm yer I guess its not reverie,s fault and is just following guidelines probably.. but just letting you guys no they cant do those things because of LAW
