Well I just sent a similar message to reverie asking if I were to obtain xtals through the free xtal section while the server is down if it would still apply to my character, but I still havent got a reply and it really isnt enough to file a ticket and didnt really feel like posting it in forum either until you just mentioned something just now

well we are basically being told.. "threatened" if we try claim our money back after this shambles we will be banned and charicters deleated.. to me and the law that's not right its not our falt its theres.. we should be able to get full refunds for any transactions made over the last 48hrs due to server problems of no fault to us without any pennalties

I bought crystals an hour or so before server went offline last night but did not get them. I did however file a ticket and got a response saying the server is having problems and should get xtals when it's back up. I honestly don't know if I'll recharge anymore. Too much money given out to enjoy a game that cannot be enjoyed... can't enjoy if can't play.

We are not really being threatened because Reverie said that we would be susceptible to being banned not that we would in fact get banned for making that choice

I don't think threatening them is going to move things along any faster. That one guy who is trying his best to fix it while everyone else stands around looking up cat memes is under a lot of pressure. His prolly gonna quit and then our server will never be fixed.

LOL.. and then r2 would be permanently closed down.. it is LEGALY and LAWBINDING for r2 to give refunds for all goods and services not given after purchase or gameplay we don't play just to spend we play for the experience and services provided... terms and conditions for having a gameing licence ANYWHERE in the world.. meaning if charecters wer banned or removed after this chaos which was of no fault of any of the players but due to r2,s either incompetence or negligence to tell us what was going on and up to date.. meaning the whole blame is solely r2 and not the people who want refunds.. GOOD LUCK R2 but the LAW always wins

Should you receive a refund, your account will be susceptible to being permanently banned.

Yes but we missed nimbus today. I know it's not your problem and making you miss it when servers are back online is unfair. I'll be happy just to know I can do ladder and TG before reset
