i have been playing the game for about two months now and in that time i made myself a guild. realizing i started late in the game and strong guilds were already made i quickly learned all the game had to offer and instead of recruiting strong members i recruited other new players and taught them how to play the game. i am now in charge of the rank 12 guild and i still accept and recruit new players to help them become better in the game themselves while at the same time continuing to learn even more from them as time goes on. being a guild master has show me that i have to remain open to all possible options and it has made me an all around better player and much better with advice.
