Is it my issue ? big company with 400+ servers around world no one? its not give "excuse" anyway, I don't want being mean, but I'm working in IT company, I just want say they not deal with us professionally, they are commerce "publish" games they "bought" for benefits not charity get games "for free fun".

Not only EU players, all the players (we) must send tickets if for 00:00 (or :01) we didnt got the reward.

Submitting tickets about not getting rewards (when rewards are still yet to be sent) will NOT hasten the process. If anything, it would actually prolong the delay.

Re-read maybe? i said at 00:00 or 00:01 more like it, at that time the mark of the 3 days (ON EEUU TIME) it's done, so we should have the rewards by 00:01. Im considering the USA time, so yeah... if AFTER the 3 days (in USA local time) rewards didnt got send I'LL make my ticket.

Well if we got any word from GM's there would not be any fuss, but seing as how arogant they always act ofcourse people are gonna get cranky. The ignorance on R2's behalf is getting quite annoying.
