If you are waiting for a restore and have a ticket number, provide it with your character's name. If you mailed JPRestore, you do not need to send in a ticket.
For the following, reply with the Type or List you fall under, along with the character name and the account name you requested the character restored to (which is NOT an email address)
If you are on the Type One list, but your character is there, please provide a screenshot of the character. If you've already been restored and are playing just fine, let me know and I'll have them scratch you off the list.
If you are on the Type Two list, your new character created on the account should be the lost one, not the joyo character. Please verify.
If you are on the July 4 restore list, but cannot log into your character, reply with the account name and character name.
If you are on the July 12 restore list, but cannot log into your character, reply with the account name and character name.
Please, only post one time. Please do not post for a friend- if you have a screenshot of your friend's character, send it to them and have them post it here.

So, I sent in a ticket before this last maintenance and I, (J2)Starlet, was not restored. I just resend the information I sent in the first time to the same person and hope for the best for next maintenance?
I've not heard anything at all about my priest. I did get my alt mage, (J2)Ami, restored but, while I do have many items stored on her, I would love to know what's going on with my main character.(J2)Starlet, 150 Eidolon Full Blood Priest

ok I don't know if this is a mistake or not, but I've just seen that (S3)KillerBoy is listed in the "Lost in Database list" BUT he is also in the "Was restored on 12th July" how can he of be in the lost list and the restored list O.o
